During the current phase of massive consultation exercises, it is critical for market participants to keep abreast of deadlines for responding to consultations. As an example, CIOPS has decided to shorten the time for responses to only two months in order to keep up with the Commission’s timetable.
Even if you are not responding, it is important to be aware of the flow of reports that can be expected, as they will dictate the political timetable.
