CEIOPS Members approved the Terms of Reference of the new Convergence Committee. The Committee will replace the Task Force on Convergence and iMPAct aSSessment - alias COMPASS -, which was set up in February 2006. On the basis of the first analysis on convergence carried out by COMPASS, the Convergence Committee will include work on specific tools relevant to fostering convergence of day-to-day supervisory practices, such as peer review and mediation mechanisms.
