CEBS has been asked to provide technical advice to assist the Commission services and the EBC in updating the general guidance according to the requirements of Directive 2006/48/EC on the arrangements for consolidated supervision in third countries: Switzerland and the USA.
The Commission seeks to receive the advice by 31 December 2007.
