Following the publication of the consultation paper on Principles for Benchmarks-Setting Processes in the EU, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA) are organising a public hearing at ESMA’s premises in Paris on Wednesday, 13 February 2013 (14:30 - 17:30).
To facilitate the discussion, ESMA and the EBA have outlined a series of questions on which they are particularly interested in receiving input from interested stakeholders. Those questions can be found in the agenda.
The event is open to all interested parties.
