The Bank for International Settlements published its quarterly journal, featuring articles on central bank theory and practice, with a special emphasis on research relating to monetary and financial stability.
The main objectives of the International Journal of Central Banking are:

to disseminate widely the best policy-relevant and applied research that reflects the missions of central banks around the world across a range of disciplines; and
-
to promote communication amongst researchers both inside and outside central banks.
March 2012 special issue on Monetary Policy Issues in Open Economies
A wide range of issues of importance for open economies, including policy analysis in dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models, the effective use of policy instruments, and global spillovers, are addressed in this volume of the International Journal of Central Banking (IJCB). The volume includes papers, discussions and commentaries presented at the third annual IJCB Monetary Policy Conference hosted by the Bank of Canada on September 29–30, 2011.
