The 20 experts will help to identify barriers to the access to and exchange of credit data within the EU and to find solutions to overcome the identified obstacles.
The Commission appointed the members of its Expert Group on Credit Histories. The group's objective is to identify solutions that will maximise the circulation of credit data within the EU. The experts will present their report with recommendations by 1st May 2009.
The 20 experts will help to identify barriers to the access to and exchange of credit data within the EU and to find solutions to overcome those obstacles. The first expert group meeting will be held on 26th September.
