In its response, AFME firstly sets out their general comments on the Consultation Paper. Against this background, it then responds to specific advice, questions and/or explanatory text in the CP where it is considered appropriate to do so. In the latter context, the comments are accordingly focused on the delegation of AIFM functions and on the depositary function.
