The
AMF launched a consultation on draft amendments to Book V on Market Infrastructures of its General Regulation with a view to transposing the
MiFID Directive. The
AMF has posted an explanatory memorandum outlining the principles it has adopted for the transposition, as well as the main draft amendments. The revisions are due to be presented to the Board for discussion and then written into the General Regulation, which will be submitted to the finance ministry for approval in April 2007.
Deadline for responses is 13 April 2007.
