On 7th February 2003,
CESR released the second request for technical advice inviting all interested parties to submit views as to what
CESR should consider in its advice to the European Commission.
The period to submit opinions on the second call for evidence closed on 31 March 2003.
CESR received 19 responses and these are being released today. They have been categorised by sector and include responses from International/European trade associations, national trade associations and individual respondents. The contributions to CESR's public consultation can be downloaded from the document.
