CESR published the responses to the Consultative Paper on possible Level 2 Implementing Measures for the Proposed Prospectus Directive.
CESR received over 80 responses. They have been categorised by sector and include responses from European trade associations, national trade associations and individual respondents.
Consultation on the Addendum to the Consultative Paper will close on 6 February 2003.
