CESR is inviting all interested parties to submit their views regarding the way the Prospectus Directive and Prospectus Regulation are working in practice.
In particular, CESR is interested in:
the obstacles to the fluid functioning of the passport
the range of investment opportunities and level of disclosure and protection
the usefulness of CESR´s Q&A on prospectuses.
Deadline for comments is 29 January 2007.
An open hearing will be organised on 16 January 2007.
