The Commission released a working document for the meeting of the Solvency II Subcommittee on 3rd March. The document includes a third set of draft Specific Calls for advice from the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors (CEIOPS) in connection with the development of a new solvency system (Solvency II) for life and non-life insurance undertakings and reinsurance undertakings.
Deadline for comments is 16 March 2005.
