The Council agreed on the locations of the newly established Lamfalussy Committees. With the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) already established in Paris , the new Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) will be based in London and the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors (CEIOPS) in Frankfurt.
