The Minister of Economy and Employment, Álvaro Santos Pereira, presented the Government's strategy for growth, employment and industrial development.
"This document should be open to the contributions of all the society, to outline the basis for economic growth in the following years", said Álvaro Santos Pereira at the press conference after the Council of Ministers of April 23rd.
The strategy of economic growth and industrial development is based on seven main areas: professional training and qualification, financing, corporate consolidation, investment's promotion and tax competitiveness, internationalisation, innovation and entrepreneurship, and logistics infrastructure.
To control the goals settled on this strategy, there should be created an Industry Council.
