• Brexit: David Cameron finally spelt out in detail what he's after. TheCityUK and Open Europe published their reactions;  Irish Think-tank ESRI published a report on the possible impact of Brexit for Ireland.
• Capital Markets Union: the ECOFIN issued its conclusions on the CMU; BIS released a consultation on the capital treatment for "simple, transparent and comparable" securitisations and Graham Bishop published an article in Financial World wondering if the STS proposal would deliver for CMU.
• Banking Union and TLAC: the EBF urged  a proper and careful implementation of the TLAC in Europe.
