As regulators push to move over-the-counter derivatives to transparent central counterparties, opportunities are proliferating in centralised clearing. At the same time, consolidation is spreading across the industry. On March 1, Eurex Clearing hosted an FOW roundtable at its London office. Prominent figures from the buy and sell sides of the derivatives industry discussed the implications of the current dynamics, and tried to plot a road map for the future.
