The purpose of the Q&A document is to promote common supervisory approaches and practices in the application of the Prospectus Directive and its implementing measures. This update includes the deletion of one Q&A (Q&A 27) and updates to four others (Q&A 29,31,32 and 44). The changes do not relate to the substance of the Q&As and come as a result of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 becoming applicable on 20 July 2017.
