-The publication of the two separate Directives that amend the 1985
UCITS Directive marks the date of their entry into force and all datelines are calculated accordingly. Member States must implement the new provisions into their national legislation at the latest by 13 August 2003. Secondly, the provisions of the new Directives must be applied in all Member States no later than 13 February 2004.
