3L3 protocol on co-operation - update

The Committees have updated their protocol co-ordinating their joint 3L3 activities and agreed a formal procedure to facilitate the co-ordination of joint 3L3 activities.
The three Level 3 Committees have updated their protocol co-ordinating their joint 3L3 activities, in order to take into account the increasing importance attached to the co-ordination between the three Committees, and agreed a formal procedure to facilitate the co-ordination of joint 3L3 activities
