Joint 3L3 response to IIMG second interim report

The Three Lamfalussy Committees published their Joint Response Letter to the Inter Institutional Monitoring Group (IIMG), providing comments on the IIMG's second interim report.

The Committees underline the need to have a deeper discussion of home-host issues in this Lamfalussy review year. “In part this comes under the general heading of co-operation and supervisory convergence, but it is important and central to the future debate on EU supervisory co-operation”, they state.
