CEIOPS members’ meeting - main conclusions

CEIOPS held its Members’ Meeting in Frankfurt on 29 and 30 October 2007. The meeting addressed a number of important organisational and work issues including the results of the third Quantitative Impact Study (QIS 3) of the Solvency II project.

 

The results will be published on 20 November 2007.

 

The Chair, Mr Thomas Steffen (Germany), was unanimously re-elected. Mr Peter Braumüller (Austria) was elected a new member of the Board and unanimously elected Vice Chair. Mr Csaba Varga (Hungary), was re-elected to the Managing Board. Mr Giovanni Cucinotta (Italy), Mr Klaas Knot (The Netherlands) and Mr Hector Sants (UK) were elected new members of the Board. In addition Mr Antoine Mantel (France) was unanimously elected new Internal Auditor.
