CEBS publishes implementation questions system on reporting

CEBS developed a web-based system for the reception and publication of implementation questions in the area of reporting frameworks. Interested parties will be able to send questions on the implementations of the CEBS Guidelines on Reporting in a more direct and transparent way. The questions will be addressed and answered by the experts from supervisory national authorities participating in the networks on COREP and FINREP. The system will also disclose the questions and answers in the public CEBS website.

CEBS stressed that the answers only reflect CEBS’ views on problems arising from the implementation of the CEBS Guidelines on Reporting, but they cannot be considered as interpretations of the underlying regulations.
