CESR: Responses to MIFID Consultation

CESR has publishes the responses received to the first part of the consultation on CESR’s Advice on Possible Implementing Measures on Markets in Financial Instruments. The deadline for responses on mandates concerning best-execution (mandate under Article 21 of MiFiD) and market transparency has been extended to 4 October.
