CESR: responses on second part of consultation on MIFID

CESR published the responses received to the second part of the consultation on CESR’s Advice on Possible Implementing Measures of the Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments, particularly on best-execution and market transparency. The deadline for responses to the abovementioned topics was extended to 4 October 2004.
