CESRs technical advice on first set of mandates on MiFID – corrected version

CESR published a corrected version on its final advice to the European Commission on the content of the first set of level 2 advice under the MiFID. A first version was published on 31 January 2005 and has been replaced due to a minor error. The feedback statement remains unchanged.
