EVCA launches a new Handbook on the 'Professional Standards for Private Equity and Venture Capital' for public consultation

The Handbook combines the Code of Conduct, the Governing Principles and the Corporate Governance Guidelines into one condensed and coherent document. The substance of the Professional Standards has not been changed.

In addition to the Code and supporting principles, the Handbook includes a Q&A section to provide practical examples of real-life situations and how the principles could then be applied. June 1 is the start of a three-month consultation period on the new document.
