EPC issues Rulebooks version 2.3

The EPC issued its latest versions of the SEPA Payment Schemes Rulebooks and their Implementation Guidelines as approved by the EPC Plenary on 19 June. These have been amended in respect of Scheme Management and also include the Scheme Management Internal Rules. Other minor clarifications and corrections were made at the same time, but these do not impact implementation.
