Basic information on CRD IV/CRR

This article contains basic information on the Capital Requirements Directive IV and the Capital Requirements Regulation, including the names of the rapporteur/shadow rapporteurs, the timeline and the responsible committees.

MEP Othmar Karas has been appointed rapporteur and the shadows are Udo Bullmann (S&D, DE), Sharon Bowles (ALDE, UK), Vicky Ford (ECR, UK), Philippe Lamberts (Greens, BE) and Klute (GUE, DE).

·         Deadline for draft report: 14 December 2012

·         Presentation of draft report: 23- 24 January 2012

·         Deadline for amendments: 27 February 2012

·         Consideration of amendments examination (I): 20-21 March 2012

·         Consideration of amendments examination (II): 26-27 March 2012

·         Vote in ECON : 24-25 April 2012
