Amendments on Capital Adequacy Directive

The Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee has published the amendments on the Capital Adequacy Directive. Some 887 amendments have been posed. The Discussion in ECON Committee will take place on 14 June, the vote is foreseen for 13 July 2005. The plenary vote on report on New Capital Requirements is expected in September.
