The Commission published a feedback document on the responses received to the public consultation on amendments to the Banking Directives. The feedback document contains a summary of the responses received during the public consultation on possible changes to the Capital Requirements Directive.
In addition, in view of the feedback received, the Commission would like to consult further stakeholders on an adjusted proposal for securitisation. Given the specific object, this consultation will run for a period of two weeks only.
