German Bundestag adopted MiFID Directive

The German Bundestag adopted the MiFID Directive and will therefore be one of the first EU member states transposing the Directive into national law. The German Bundesrat will discuss the new law, the so-called Finanzmarktrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz, on 11 May.
