EBF remarks on the T2S general principles

The EBF issued its views on the general principles as set out in Part I of the ECB’s consultation paper on user requirements regretting that the agreed principles were not open for formal public consultation.

“The general principles set the tenor for the rest of the project”, the FBE states. “Hence we feel that it is important to convey the banks’ views which we expect will be taken into account by the ECB in the ongoing elaboration of the user requirements for T2S.”
