CEIOPS Supplement to Consultation Paper 20

CEIOPS released a Supplement to Consultation Paper 20 concerning the valuation of future profit-sharing business, the approach for harmonised SCR sub-modules, expected profit/loss in non-life insurance, restrictions on the partial use of internal models, the MCR formula as well as special treatments within the standard formula.

The supplement should be read in conjunction with Consultation Paper 20 (CEIOPS-CP-09/06). Due to the late publication of this Supplement CEIOPS extends the consultation period by one week, to 19 January 2006, for both Consultation Paper 20 and the Supplement.
