The AMF issued its first Regulation and Asset Management newsletter 2007. It includes articles on Hedge Funds - The Amaranth case, and a Q&A about MiFID with Franck Becker, head of the working group on the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) set up by the French Asset Management Association (AFG).
