CEIOPS report provides a general overview of the developments in cross-border arrangements of Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision. The results of the 2010 survey show an increase in cross-border activity, compared to 2009.
The 2010 Report on Market Developments provides a general overview of the developments in cross-border arrangements of Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision (IORPs), following the implementation by Member States of Directive 2003/41/EC. This is CEIOPS fourth consecutive report on Market Developments and shows the evolution in the number of cross-border IORPs, as formally notified to Member States during the period June 2009 – June 2010.
The results of the 2010 survey show an incremental increase in cross-border activity, from 76 cases reported in 2009, to 78 reported in 2010.
