CESR published the results of CESR members self-assessment of their implementation of the CESR Guidelines to simplify the notification procedure of UCITS, and the results of CESR’s revision of its FESCO/CESR standards, guidelines and recommendations which are now superseded by the Lamfalussy Directives.
The publications represent the significant contribution that the Review Panel is making in improving supervisory convergence, Carlos Tavares, Vice-Chair of CESR and Chairman of the CESR Review Panel said. “The revision of the previous FESCO/CESR Standards reflects that Level 3 standards are up to date and relevant to facilitate the day-to-day application of EU directives.“
