Revised draft proposal for postponement of IFRS equivalence decision

The Commission issued a revised draft regulation for discussion as regards the accounting standards in accordance with which historical information contained in Prospectuses is drawn up. The revised draft mainly deals with the postponement of the equivalence decision.
The original draft regulation was already published on 24 April 2006.
