FT: Brussels set to recommend rotation rules for auditors

“In a series of best practice recommendations due out next month, the European Commission is also expected to stop short of calling for sweeping restrictions on the non-audit services of accounting firms. The guidelines are the first attempt to set European Union-wide standards on auditors' independence.“
