ALFI responded to the European Commission public consultation on improved cooperation between national tax authorities on the exchange of information concerning crypto-assets (DAC 8)
On 30 March 2023, ALFI commented on the proposal for a Council Directive amending Directive 2011/16/EU to introduce enhanced cooperation between national tax authorities regarding the exchange of information on crypto-assets (DAC 8).
