EP Committee: Recommendation on Collateral adopted

The EMAC Committee today adopted the recommendation of Mr Perez Royo on the second reading of the Collateral Directive without amendments. The rapporteur suggested in his draft recommendation for the second reading not to present any amendments to the Council Common Position. The recommendation will be voted in plenary in May and it is expected that the Directive will be finally adopted by June.
