The consultation closed on 30 September. CESR received over 100 responses which can be downloaded through the links within the attached document. They have been categorised by sector and include responses from European trade associations, national trade associations and individual respondents.
Before finalising the work CESR will hold an additional public hearing on Thursday 21 of November 2002 at CESR in Paris on issues raised by the consultation.
