Comments on Working Documents on Market Abuse

The Commission has published the responses on their working documents related to insider dealing and market manipulation published in March. In its response the European Parliaments EMAC Committee criticised the choice of Directives as a legal instrument, leaving considerable scope for different implementation within the different Member States.
