FBE on Commission working document on Market Abuse

The European Banking Federation (FBE) is mostly concerned with the notification of suspicious transactions, while also some concerns with respect to the disclosure of transactions and insiders’ lists exist.

Furthermore, the FBE believes that transparency and efficiency of the consultation process could be improved by providing a brief explanatory memorandum or statement by the Commission giving the reasons for the policy choices made.
