CESR second set of Draft Guidance on Market Abuse Directive

CESR launches a 2nd set of draft guidance for public consultation on the operation of the Market Abuse Directive. In this second draft guidance issued for consultation, CESR developed a draft common understanding amongst CESR Members regarding treatment of inside information, and the delay the disclosure of inside information.

Deadline for responses is 2 February 2007.
