In response to the request of the Commission CESR published its report on administrative measures and sanctions as well as the criminal sanctions available in member states under the Market Abuse Directive. The report provides a picture of the legal consequences available country by country, across the EU, to enforce infringements of the requirements as set out in the Market Abuse Directive.
