AMF initial assessment and 2008-09 work agenda

The document addresses the first year results of the “better regulation” approach, the internal reforms at the AMF, the extent of results already achieved, the next steps in 2008, and the two-year financial regulation agenda.

 

It is based on the ten general objectives and principles that have already been established within the AMF in the daily practice of regulation and as defined when the approach was launched.
