Hearing on Prospectus Directive in EP

A public hearing (see agenda) on the Prospectus Directive will be held in the EMAC - Committee at the European Parliament on Monday 15 October, 16:45 – 18:30, PHS 1A2.
The hearing also includes a question and answer session in the presence of the Commission and the Committee on European Securities Regulators.
Statements from the experts will be published after 15 October 2001.
