FT: EU prospectus law facing 60 amendments

Chris Huhne, the UK Liberal Democrat member charged with steering the proposed legislation through parliament, said on Thursday he would call for more than 60 amendments. His move comes as the London Stock Exchange and small UK companies are becoming increasingly concerned at the directive that would provide a single 'passport' for raising capital in Europe.
