FESE fears lack of flexibility in certain areas

FESE argues that the proposals as tabled would fail in certain areas to stand the test of being flexible and of really making access to capital easier and cheaper for issuers. They believe that a more open consultation process should have yielded additional value for the quality of this important legislative proposal.
