Official publication of statutory audits of annual accounts

The Directive on statutory audits of annual accounts and consolidated accounts has been officially published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Directive will enter into force on the 20th day following this publication. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions necessary to comply with this Directive before 29 June 2008.
